30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a standard return, items should be in their original condition, with all included accessories and components. You may inspect items as you would in a physical shop. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

How to Request a Return

  2. Our customer support team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

  3. Package the item securely, including all relevant accessories.

Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping for eligible UK orders within our 30-day return period. Customers will not be charged a return shipping or restocking fee.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact help@blakeivy.co.uk with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs may help us resolve the issue more quickly.

We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your consumer rights, including a repair, replacement or refund where applicable.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received, or you provide evidence that it has been sent back where applicable, we will process any refund due without undue delay and within 14 days, in accordance with applicable UK law.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

Order Cancellation

You may contact us to request cancellation before your order is dispatched.

For most online purchases, UK consumers also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Our 30-day return policy provides additional time for eligible returns.
